Clark, P.Eng David is a professional electrical engineer with over 43 years of experience in the marine industry gained from working internationally with electrical equipment manufacturers, classification societies, ship owners and engineering consultants. David has specialized in electrical engineering, control and protection systems for the marine and offshore industries. As President and Owner of DC Maritime Technologies Inc., for over 20 years, David has gained the respect of his peers on both the home and international front and the reputation of running a company based on providing first class quality engineering. When not running DCMT, David insists on annoying his neighbors with his violin playing and other musical pursuits in the local community! |  | Catherine Chiu Clark After completing her B. Sc. and C.G.A., Catherine’s career gravitated towards corporate budgeting and her work revolved mainly in the public sector. In over 25 years, she has garnered remarkable wealth of knowledge in financial information management. As Director of Finance, she is responsible for all facets of office management. In her spare time, Catherine relishes delving into the fine art of Chinese calligraphy and brush painting. |  | James L. Strand, P. Eng. Jim is a Saskatchewan fellow who has been in the electrical engineering business since 1967. He has had experience in the electrical manufacturing and service business, in the oil and gas business and now in the consulting engineering business and he has been involved in marine and offshore markets in each industry. He has been with DCMT since 1998. |  | Jenny J.N Qi, P.Eng Jenny has been in the electrical engineering field since 1984 and entered the Marine Electrical engineering world in 2003 after 16 years experience as project engineer and manager for Industrial and then High Rise Building projects. During the time with DCMT, Jenny has been the project engineer/manager for various ship projects As always, Jenny enjoys the challenge for new and leading edge technologies – now providing her expertise to Marine Hybrid. |  | Thanh Son Pham With background in both electrical design and vessel construction he has been the project manager for several construction projects in his 10 year tenor at DCMT. As Chief Electrical Engineer at Palmer Johnson Yacht between 2001 and 2004, he was responsible for the standard development of electrical designs and equipment selection which resulted in an increase in installation & commissioning productivities. |  | Daniel Fang, EIT Having graduated from University of Victoria with an Electrical Engineering Degree in 2008, he joined DCMT in June of 2008 as a Junior Marine Electrical Consultant. His main responsibilities include conducting load analysis, creating one line diagrams, and system level design. When he is not working in the office, he enjoys snowboarding in the winter, and hiking and rollerblading in the summer. |
